- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Told them i had a couch and table for sale because I was moving because I just got out of the military. He came by my place looked at my stuff and gave me a price and we shook on it. I brought the furniture to him that day, and by then he cut the price nearly in half. Knowing I had left my house and didn't have anywhere else to put it I accepted the offer. I told him a man is only as good as his word and once you shake my hand you agree. He is a pawnbroker. A prime example of making a buck and sacrificing customer service. If I had more options I would have walked away, but coming home after deployments I had little options. After he was done with a customer there was still no acknowledgement that I was there. He helped another gentleman then proceeded to speak to someone else. No hi. No can I help you.
